Why do I need to sign up again, do I have to pay extra?

No, this step is only to link your profile to our heart-rate sensors so you can track your progress.

How do I book a workout?

Once you've linked your USC account, please book all workouts via our app or website at no additional costs.

Where can I scan the QR Code?

At BEAT81 you get checked in automatically for any booking that you do not cancel until 12h before the workout start. This saves you time and allows you to focus on the workout only when you arrive at the location. If something goes wrong with the check-in  (e.g. because your USC membership expired) we automatically cancel the booking, inform you via email about the reasons and provide you with solutions.

I haven't worked out in a long time? Can I still do the workout?

Of course. Beat81 is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. In each workout, we offer variations of each exercise to suit the needs and capabilities of everyone. Please inform a coach before your workout of any injuries or special needs, so they can either tailor the workout or suggest alternative exercises.

What is the BEAT81 cancellation policy?

Please cancel up to 12 hours before if you can’t make a class, otherwise, it will be deducted from your monthly limit. If you can't make it, please make sure you always cancel to give other people to join our small group workouts.

Does the visit limit to locations or all BEAT81?

With an M membership, you'll be able to attend 4 workouts a month, at each BEAT81 location. This means you can visit 'Location A' up to 4 times, 'Location B' up to 4 times, 'Location C' up to 4 times, and so on. With an L or XL membership, you'll be able to attend each location up to 8 times a month.
